You will then be redirected to our online scheduling calendar. There you can schedule appointments,print out intake forms, and make payments with pay pal if you like. Although not necessary, if you print out the intake forms (forms you will need for your visit) this will save you valuable time at the appointment. If you don't have access to a printer, please arrive 15 min. early to take care of this at the office.
